I wish I could give zero star to their customer service… I have called them just to ask if I can talk to someone as I have a very general question.. she just said in very rude way that you need to book consultation we will not reply even one question without consultation… which lawyer will reply you without consultation.. Seriously I never said I don’t wanna book it.. She didn’t even let me complete my sentence…Seriously????You want money I get it but the way you are asking for it… too too bad ..
