So this bank FREQUENTLY locks my card for no reason and won't allow international transactions. Many, many times. Many. I cannot stress how frequently it happens. I even had my card locked on vacation before, even after I told them when and where I would be. But today is the final straw. I have to work in bismarck last minute.
