Good bank, but their online banking app is garbage. Constantly stops working with no alert on their website of it being down. Extremely frustrating.
The best bank to go to
it would be nice if they had an option to unlock mobile banking/online banking on weekends... don't require password changes every month if there's not an afterhours unlock option/help center. I called every number on the website, including out of state locations, with no answer due to it being a weekend. but unison is open until 11...got through to one person who said "i dont do mobile or online banking, call monday.......... fix your shit unison, locking your customers out of their money for a weekend isnt user friendly.
