Do not ever use them as a freight broker. They will quote you one charge and then bill you something way higher. But they will do it in multiple billing cycles so that you don't realize it. I never had a problem with getting shipments delivered. However they provide basically no information on the invoices. It is impossible to get a breakdown of the charges to know what you are getting charged for. One time they messed up and billed us $7551.80on a shipment that the correct shipping cost was $256.25. Quote price was low however, when they invoiced they will charge not agreed and high price. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Their work is so poor. They had deceived with a quote to earn more. And this company purchase the attorney who works for them to bother people who have been deceived.
