Extremely disappointed on the quality of our chairs. The seat webbing has stretched so much it feels like you’re going to fall through. The chair wicker backing has cracked in various parts. We did get 2 replaced but it happened again immediately. Pricy but very cheaply made. Expected a lot better for this price point.
I’m incredibly disappointed that my beautiful Lindi dining table, purchased just five years ago in December 2019, has developed a significant crack. Despite its raw finish, we’ve taken great care to protect it, even avoiding dining at the table to prevent staining, choosing instead to eat at the breakfast bar. my wife and i love the look of uniqwa furniture and spent around $10,000 on dining chairs, occasional chairs, coffee tables and buffet unit. On the dining chairs, i have had to superglue the woven seat cover back down on 3 of the 6 chairs, and the frames of two of the chairs have now cracked. This is in less than 2 years and always used with care. Our previous dining chairs lasted us 15 years, cost a quarter of the price and were still in similar condition to the day we bought them. I recently purchased furniture from Uniqwa through my interior decorator, and I am thrilled with both the friendly delivery guys and the quality of the furniture. The delivery guys were friendly, punctual, and professional. They handled the furniture with care and placed items where I asked without any hassle. The quality of the furniture exceeded my expectations. It is well-crafted, durable, and looks fantastic in my home. I highly recommend Uniqwa all round and will be recommending to Family and Friends! I would Highly recommend Uniqwa, both there amazing collection of furniture, but more outstanding was the customer service I received. There was a slight hiccup and they went beyond to fix the issue and very promptly. Thank you again team, we are very happy customers and look forward to shopping with you again : )
