I called the shop before driving an hour to the store confirming they had a decent selection of pageant dress, in the size that I was looking for. I was assured that they did, so I drove out to the store just to find they had ONE dress in the size that I was actually looking for. The one lady there was nice, but not very helpful, she had to keep running back to ask someone else our questions. The other (redheaded) lady was rather rude. I do not take leaving a bad review lightly but I feel other brides should be warned so they don’t waste their time here. I 100% do not recommend this shop. They should not be advertising as a bridal shop because they refuse to allow you to come try on wedding dresses. Over a 3 month span I have tried to make an appointment 4 different times and was refused an appointment every time. I have been nothing but patient with them every time they told me no. Pam was amazing helping my daughter pick a beautiful blue dress. Carol made some alterations as well. She was quick, professional, and an absolute sweetheart. We recommend Uniquely Yours for any dress you may need and Carol for any adjustments!!!
