Melanie, your email dated July 31st stated the insurance company will work closely with affected customers. While I didn't lose furniture I did give your company a deposit of $947.50 for fabric. You have been promising me for 2 months the name of the insurance company so I may make a claim. Since there is no fabric I want to make an insurance claim. I have my documentation. Really late to getting this review posted. I cannot recommend Unique Upholstery enough. They did a fabulous job on a Heywood-Wakefield chair my mother got from a garage sale 10+ years ago (for $5). Get all your furniture redone here!
So far so good. 9 months for the final product. Will let you know then.
