Not professional and not businesslike. We went to Unique Rides to buy a new scooter for my son and we were told we had to order the scooter he wanted. They talked us into a used one so he could have one for the summer. It didn't run 5 miles to our home and the next morning we took it back. They put it in the "shop" and left us with nothing for 6 weeks (all summer). I continuously called to ask for an update.
