I had a very disappointing experience with Unique Rentals. I reached out on two separate occasions and never received a response. This most recent time, I called twice and then received a text saying they were fully booked, even though no one ever asked when my trip was or tried to gather any information about my rental needs. Customer service was extremely poor, and it was nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or provide any assistance. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this company.

Have been really rude so far. Some of them are nice but some are really rude.
Unbelievable service and ability to work with people with no deposit required. They helped me get a suoer clean car and very affordable price! Thanks Unique Rentals! Would recommend u all to anyone!! Honest guys!!
