Dylan and Dustin arrived on-time and setup my two sofas. They were courteous and cleaned up the packing trash. No mess left behind. Quick and dependable. Good Job guys! Good selection, good service at the store.

Josh is one of the rudest people I have ever met! If you want to be disrespected and talked to in a condescending manner then this is the perfect place for you. I asked simple questions and was given a smart response rather than being helped. When my bed did not arrive on time instead of them giving me options to get it to me they told me I could get a refund. Don't ever buy furniture from this place!
I was in there yesterday. There was only one guy working, but he was extremely nice. He had two customers ahead of me and I had other errands to run. Couldn't wait. But in contrast to two of the other reviews...there was no bad smell and no one was rude. I'm going back first of the week because I like one of the bedroom suits.
We had a great experience here. The staff was great and delivery was quick. We purchased from here several years ago, the selection had changed quite a bit. We are happy repeat customers! Thank you Unique!

This place has the rudest staff I have ever met. I will never spend my money here and I plan on telling everyone in Dallas I know about my experience. It also smells terrible- please invest in an air freshener or candle.
