We hired this party bus for my first daughter, driver was late, we tried to give the benefit of the doubt hired for my 2nd daughter, bus broke down about 1/2 mile down the hall, driver was able to get it running again but it broke down again 1 block from the hall, my daughter's court had to walk in the rain and cold to the hall. No apology given just wanted me to talk to his driver. Was very upset. Do not recommend
Got this bus for daughters quince and the bus was dirty not clean , no ac , just overall ugly .
Service was excellent. The staff was nice and professional. Edgar was always available when I called with questions ,& willing to provide the services. Worked with our unexpected schedule hours. Immediate response. Driver was very nice and respectful. She was excellent. Most importantly, our quinceanera & her court were happy. Thank you guys!!!!!
