Outstanding customer service! Tahlia was incredible from the very beginning and truly went above and beyond with my enquiry. During the appointment, she made my daughter feel comfortable every step of the way — before, during, and afterwards. She was so kind, caring, and attentive, which really helped ease my daughter’s nerves. Tahlia took the time to clearly explain the process and aftercare, making sure my daughter felt reassured and supported throughout. We couldn’t be happier with the experience — highly recommend!

UPDATE: since there is no reply option I have seen their reply and that is complete nonsense. Firstly, No where can I find online that I will have to buy these specific products when having this done. It should be pretty obvious going off what you are saying that’s it’s on your website…. Where. And yes they did tell me in my consult which was seconds before my treatment(after I had bought the package), what u am saying you need to tell me when I book and before I buy the treatment!
