Garage conversion. Experience was Uniquely awful. Late starting. Disappeared to other jobs whilst working on our project . Poor finishing . Promised teams of builders. We got one guy with a builders mate, who he constantly moaned about because of his lack of experience. After completion radiator leaked and a roof tile became loose. Insurance company refused to pay for repairs due to fault being so soon after they had finished and advised to contact Unique and get them to repair. Big 2nd floor extension onto our house. Paul and his team worked tirelessly for the duration of the job. Considering how big the extension was there was surprisingly quite little mess through the rest of the house. They were clean, professional and friendly guys. Would definitely recommend 👌
