I went in to find a dress for a wedding and didn’t realize that most have to be custom ordered about 2 weeks in advance, but there is still the option to buy one if you can find one in your size that you like ! The young lady was very sweet and helped me to find dresses in my size and was very attentive as I tried them on. Although I didn’t find one today for the wedding next week, I was very pleased with my experience and now I know where to go if I need dresses in the future!

Just left the store after the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! This girl had her old son with her at work and he was chasing my kids around but had the audacity to tell me “watch your kid” (who is only 2) !! She was lazy and didn’t want to let me try a dress on my daughter before purchasing honestly it’s shameful I hope she never works in customer service again.
Went with my wife and her sister to look for a dress for my wife. There was only one employee who remained behind the desk looking at her phone. Did not offer help until asked. Not helpful in offering selections.
