Rating this is lowest rating for few reasons. Reason 1 - Bus air conditioner did not work on left side of bus and right side air went completely out 5 hours away from New Orleans which was the destination from Atlanta. We were lied to about repairs that were made to the air conditioner while in New Orleans. The air went out again 3 hours into the return trip to ATL.
