I do not recommend using them. I ordered the "All Star Arrangement" for my sisters birthday. When it arrived it looked like it had been rolling around in the back of a truck, it did not have the balloon nor honey dew melon as shown on the picture and some of the fruit was over ripe. It even had empty sticks. My sister said maybe the delivery person got hungry. UEB was very apologetic and said they would refund me, however that's been over a week and I still have not received the refund.
Received an edible fruit flower bouquet from my wife in Australia whilst I was over in Waco for work. Delivered to my hotel room, waiting for me for when I got back from work. It was amazing! The fruit was so fresh. They even went the extra mile to coat the strawberries and pineapple in tasty chocolate! I was very impressed. Not many stores in Oz do this kind of thing. Highly recommend this for any special occasion where the theme is fruit! (More than likely a 4 year wedding anniversary - like mine)! Kudos guys!
