The New Harford Store has the best sales person, Darlene. She is so patient, she figured out how to fix my ecig so that it worked. Took a little time but she figured it out. I can't thank her enough. I have used this product for 12 years and I hope to do so for many years. Especially with someone like Darlene who is so knowledgeable. I would like to see the longer batteries again.
