I initially rented a dress for $189, being told it was brand new. Later, realizing I'd rather buy it, I went ahead, only to discover it was worn inside out upon pickup. Despite their reassurance, it was evident they sold me a pre-owned item. Refunds? Forget about it! Wish I'd checked Yelp reviews beforehand.
