This is my Go to spot now !!! I absolutely loved the environment.. when walking in I was greeted by my stylist (Sam) and by other stylist as well .. which made me more comfortable. Sam help me pick out the style that was best for me. We had good conversation and she kept making sure I was comfortable. I give this salon a 100/10 ! Hairstyle messed up 5 minutes after i left my appointment, stylist couldn’t do a simple hairstyle that i had to go home and learn to do from TIKTOK. Lace was cut all crazy and barely makeup on it. then on top of that i left with a burn on my face that has now left a scar from my appointment on 5/7/2025 . THEN, stylist placed bald cap wayyy to close to my hairline to the point where when i took off my wig it ripped my hair OUT !!!!!!
I had an absolutely awful experience at this salon with stylist Jenny and would strongly advise anyone considering her services to RUN the other way. From the moment I sat in her chair, it was clear she had no intention of listening to my requests or providing quality service. Despite clearly asking for a Farrah Fawcett-inspired curls, Jenny admitted she didn’t even know who Farrah Fawcett was (at the end of my services), then had the nerve to try charging me extra when I reminded her about the style. Communication with stylist to achieve the results I wanted wasn’t helpful.My first experience with braids.My braids were exactly what I did not want. Too small, too long, and poorly designed. I paid over 300 dollars. Had to pay another stylist 60 dollars to cut and style the next day. I gave them another opportunity to take braids down. I paid almost 100 dollars. I won’t be returning. Overpriced!!!!!
