This is the worst service I have ever received from a company. I was promised by the sales rep, Rob, on multiple occasions that I would have beautiful shelves made by the time my kitchen cabinets were installed. I provided all information and even made a trip to pick out the wood. After MULTIPLE contact attempts to find the status of my shelves.
