Excellent designs and quality . Nick transformed the whole look of my house. We didn’t know what we wanted but the guys at unique suggested some great options and we are super happy with the result . Definitely give them a call for some advise .
Unreliable, dishonest & terrible customer service. Previously purchased zebra blinds, one of the cords broke which pulls the blind up & down. I needed a new cord. I spoke to Nick the owner who gave me the runaround for 2 weeks then wanted to charge me $250 to replace the cord. He made out it was a big job & the blind needed to go to the factory to fix for a PROFESSIONAL job. Ended up being a very simple job to fix it & replaced it myself.
