I had a smooth experience with the moving service. The movers were respectful, efficient, and took great care while handling everything. Their communication and dedication were appreciated.
Very disappointing experience. We booked Unique & Smooth Movers well in advance, but they never showed up on our moving day. We waited for hours, called and messaged them multiple times, but received no proper response. Their lack of professionalism and communication caused us a lot of stress. I would not recommend this company.
The moving process was handled in a very professional way. The team was organized, careful with our belongings, and made the entire relocation experience easier than expected.
I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with Unique & Smooth Movers. I booked a 10-ton truck for my move more than two weeks in advance and paid a $100 deposit to secure the booking. They sent me a booking confirmation, and I even called the day before to reconfirm everything. I was assured the truck would arrive at 8:00 AM. On moving day, no one arrived.
