I have been taking my kids with them for a few years and I have noticed the ladies are not as patient as they used to. They should have people that are not easily irritated, especially when working with children.
Bad customer service. I went in there and the two ladies that were there never acknowledged me. I thought they might be busy but minutes passed by and the lady in front of the computer never even turned. I kept there with my 3 children, how could she not see or notice us? Not even an "I'll be with you in a minute" statement. And when I said "we have to go because they won't attend me here" she didn't even turn.
