My wife loves to shop for both of us at Uniqlo. The store is always packed full of people and the shelves and sacks are overflowing with trendy merchandise. And there are always lots of items on sale. They used to have a few seats at the top of the escalators for bored husbands to sit while their wives are happily shopping. But today I found that most of the seats have been removed and replaced by racks of clothes. Too bad. They need to put the seats back. Stopped in again today so my wife could do some shopping. The store experience could have been better, the checkout line was super long with a few unmanned tills. The clothes looked good, however the store feels like a maze.

The same as all Uniqlo’s. Store is presented very well. Has a number of floors. Embroidery available for $15 on bags etc. I enjoyed my walk around & picked up a little side bag, slightly cheaper than in the uk

All the staff I encountered were really polite, I needed to use an actual human cashier to exchange for online purchases for two in-store purchases, and everything went smoothly. The store was clean, and the aisles were clear, and there were a decent proportion of staff roaming the walkways in relation to the number of shoppers on Thursday afternoon.
