I had a great experience at this store. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. They went to the back to find my size, gave me helpful opinions on where to hem the jeans I was buying, and helped me do a return for my dad. Special thanks to Alvie and Ariya (sp?) for being so kind and helpful. The gentleman in the fitting room and the lady who helped me at checkout were also wonderful. The quality and the style are perfect The costomer service is so nice I love the way they really care about costumer and respect them . Store is always clean and neat and have a perfect friendly vibe .
I’ve always loved Uniqlo’s designs and have trusted them for great quality in the past, which makes this experience really disappointing. I bought this knit jacket and it completely ripped along the neck seam after only two wears. Because I’m used to their usual high standards, I had already tossed the receipt, not expecting an issue so soon.
