Mostly browsed by myself. Good staff in front and in fitting rooms. Can't complain.
Had an unpleasant experience trying to process a return. I asked to return an online order that I picked up in-store, and was told that I could not return the items. After asking about it, they did not explain clearly why this was the case, saying that there was some kind of warehouse fee (even though the item is not an online exclusive and is sold in-stores).
