Reading some of the negative reviews of this location most complaints are about store policy, store manager and associate rude attitude. This matches with my experience with this store, have not felt that unwelcoming in a Uniqlo before. And will avoid this location going forward.
just like other 1 star review, avoid this store for returns, especially under the incompetent store manager Hannah. I went to return a $50 jogger that comes tag and receipt. The store manager Hannah refused my return in any type of way just because the tag is not on the jogger, she kept on emphasizing this is "store policy", which i have never heard any store that would reject a return that has the original tag and receipt.
