Very very bad experience We bought online clothes, it was tight and when we go for return. They said exchange only Technically it's a Trap or Scam Online different company and store is different.

The store has some great finds; however, SOME of the staff I encountered were plainly disrespectful and did not listen to what I had to say. I came in to return a coat I had purchased. The coat was in its original condition; it was simply too large for me. A staff member, whose name I unfortunately do not know, began nitpicking about a microscopic stain. The clothing quality was excellent, and the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout our visit. I would like to especially acknowledge the manager, Grace, and Camila for their attentive service and clear understanding of our request. They handled the situation efficiently and worked toward a satisfactory resolution with care and respect. Their customer-focused approach made the experience very positive. I would absolutely return and confidently recommend this location to others.
