The staff is generally great but today (25/6/26 21:00) while other staffs i encountered are helpful, the night staff at the counter made me a little uncomfortable with her statements. She stated that the other product ygad offers & not this one’s and confirmed back with me is this the one I intended to buy at the payment counter. Uniqlo – AEON Mall Kota Bharu outlet Not sure if there’s any major difference in terms of selection or arrangement compared to the KTCC Mall Terengganu outlet, but I personally find this one more attractive and easier to navigate. Finding my preferred items felt quicker and more convenient here.
Uniqlo Kota Bharu is a very nicely managed store – everything is well arranged, clean and easy to browse. The layout makes it simple to find sizes and colours, and I really like how they style the clothes on the mannequins at the main display. The outfits on the mannequins give good ideas on how to mix and match, so you don’t have to imagine too hard how it’s going to look on you.
