I was feeling quite nervous at first when I visited this clinic yesterday at 11am, but all my worries disappeared after meeting the receptionist and Stanley. They were extremely professional. I’ll definitely recommend this clinic to my friends. I truly hope this clinic continues to uphold its excellent service and professionalism.
On July 27th at around 3:00 pm, we witnessed one of your female staff members driving your company vehicle, bearing your company logo, in a reckless manner. She was cutting in and out of lanes, brake-checked another driver, and came to a sudden stop in the middle of the road without signaling or activating hazard lights. This forced other drivers to maneuver around the vehicle, creating a potentially dangerous situation. There is dash cam footage of the incident.
Amazing place to go to! Went to get my daughter’s ear wax removed, and what had been a problem for six months was fixed in 15-20 minutes. Absolutely wonderful staff, and Dr. Wu was very kind and professional, showing us before and after pictures to provide insight, and was calm and reassuring throughout.
I went to get my ear wax removed today and I had such a great experience. The staff here are amazing and personable. I will be recommending this location, and will be returning in the future.
