Great experience. I felt very welcomed. Stanley Wu explained everything step by step and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.
Stanley and the receptionist were super helpful. Finally had the chance to unclog my ears and it was a great experience!
Earwax removal was top notch, it was completely painless and Stanley was amazing at guiding me through the process. Staff are lovely! Don't forget bring a face mask because it is required for entry, or purchase one there. Since my ear was so comepletely blocked, I thought it would take an hour to complete the procedure, but we got both ears unclogged very quickly, it feels incredible to hear so clearly again!
