Walked in to this location and was told to take off my hat and glasses. I was dressed neatly and was not acting fishy. I get it... security is important. But it was a hat. And prescription glasses. Not the tellers fault. But the policy turned me to leave and don't plan to return.
I appreciate Union State Bank. They are awesome. Yes, I have had a minor heated disussion with a teller or two but as for the big picture, this bank is awesome. Texas owned, Small business friendly, personable, and compassionate towards the working person. Amanda, Maggie, Curt and James are wonderful to work with. They keep the candy dish filled, water fountain with excellent pressure and scotch tape for my daggum business envelope.
I've been using this branch sinced it opened. Great staff , Maggie is one of the most helpful tellers at all the Usb branches. Have never had a bad experience and love the fish fry they do every year Keep up the good work Ladies
