They are nice apartment buildings. I would live there.
They're ok to live in. Repairs aren't always done when asked. And they take forever to get the request done. Play equipment has been broken for over a year. (They plan to replace it but I don't know when they're actually going to do it.) They habe a variety of floor plans and lawn care is provided. Snow removal is your responsibility. There are a lot of rules about everything from where your trash can sits to how long decorations can be up to the way you dress even. So they're not super great, but they're a home.
