Awesome newer apartments, everyone of them. Friendly and responsive on site management in Ms Denise Rutkowski, quiet area of town and discount grocery store right in our backyard ! At $1600 starting this summer 2026 for a 1 bedroom they are larger, again, new, have either a balcony or small terrace sitting and plants area if you’re on ground floor but overall an excellent value and INCLUDES EVERYTHING ! Don't like rent increase for seniors in
The price keeps going WAY UP. Double the inflation increase. It’s deceiving when you move in at an appropriate price then rent just keeps going up significantly!
I have been living here 4 years and I love Union Square Apts. Indoor laundry and trash services are convenient to have on site inside the bldg. Maintenance is always there in a flash. It is a quiet complex and neighbors are friendly and sweet people. You will not be disappointed here.
Denise is amazing!! She is very friendly, professional and polite.
