Ever since the recent "upgrade" I have had difficulty, seeing, tracking and modifying my accounts in the checking site. Worst online checking of four banks that I use.
Always friendly, efficient and professional!
This is nothing against the customer service, only the policy of the bank. Any movement with money with them has a charge attached. Costs money to close an account, transfer money to another bank, and they have unusually high minimum balances. Their rates are not great, their mobile banking app is finicky, and overall experience accessing my own money was difficult with this bank. I do not recommend.
THE STAFF AND PROCESSES RELATIVE TO MY BANKING EXPERIENCES ARE SUPERIOR IN ALL ASPECTS.
ALWAYS AGOOD EXPERIENCE AND EXCELLENT SERVIVE. I HAVE BEE A MEMBER SINCE 1963. 62 GOOD YEARS !!
