Bad telephone communications. Been on the phone for nearly 2 hours. And for the mobile deposit, y’all need to do better about getting the funds to your people. I submitted a check 4 days ago and was told it would take 2 days for the funds to go through, and now I have to wait 5 days for my funds to go through
The customer service at the Burkbunrett branch is awful. I do not reccommend banking here to anyone that would enjoys prompt and professional customer service.
For the most part all is good. The only issue for myself is the auto person y’all use when Ed call in. This is a major disappointment.
