Great people to deal with
Two words: It Sucked! I had called 3 times over a 2 day span, each time being told I was #9 in the que, but to give my number for a call back. Three times I did, but NEVER got a call back. Yesterday I called, what a relief I was only #5 in que. I waited, and waited, and waited. I got to # 2, then magically went back to #3!! At the 21 MINUTE MARK I finally made contact with a human.
