I spoke with a very kind employee named Angelica at the Burkburnett, TX Union Square Bank. She delt with me very patiently and helped me solve my problem efficiently. I would give her a raise because she is such a hard worker who deals honestly and makes me smile!
I go to the Burkburnett union square. Shawn Nichols and Angelica Salazar are amazing with customer service!! I walk in and they are very polite and professional! Love this place!!

Bad telephone communications. Been on the phone for nearly 2 hours. And for the mobile deposit, y’all need to do better about getting the funds to your people. I submitted a check 4 days ago and was told it would take 2 days for the funds to go through, and now I have to wait 5 days for my funds to go through
