Horrible bank , horrible service , Stacy Gowen was a rude , spiteful employee . Would not recommend.
Sloppy banking practices. The website where you make online payments magically doesn't coincide with what the USCU website has so they charge you every few months an extra payment because you were behind from way back before you made your first payment. The rep first told me there was an extra payment applied to principal but later in the same conversation said the opposite that all of my payments were late because the first one was late.
