I accidentally sat on my iPad cracking the screen and was searching for a company who could replace the screen since Best Buy said they couldn’t/wouldn’t do it. I found during a home cleanup my old 2006 MacBook Pro that needed disposal/recycling. Removing data when the screen display is gone sent me down a path of online videos with questionable results. And I wanted it done right. So I checked wIth Union Square Computers and they took care of it for no charge.
Ed was extremely prompt, reasonable and a pleasure to work with - I highly recommend his service.
I stumbled in 15 minutes before close with a laptop issue and by 10 the next morning I was told it was fixed and ready for pickup.
These guys were incredibly communicative. I had my laptop back and functional within a week and they saved me a chunk of change (compared to buying a new laptop)! Next time I need computer repair services, I know where I’m going!
