This is the worst bank I have ever worked with. We used them for a construction loan to build a home from 2020-2022 and they botched everything. We had to fight them constantly over their horrible business processes which they changed repeatedly depending on what day it was and who you talked to. Two of our loan officers quit because the bank was terrible to work at. Do not use this bank, even if you absolutely have to. I recently finished a 1 year long construction loan with this bank and went through several loan officer changes, dealt with incorrect late fee notices every payment, and no one in the building had an accurate account of what work had been completed on the my house. Every single disbursement was delayed for entirely arbitrary reasons. Not a single disbursement worked the same way. Do not use this bank!!! I was out of town for the memorial day weekend and my debit card was declined every time I tried to use it. This bank has no after hour customer service so I was basically left without access to funds all weekend. I called first thing Tuesday morning and was placed on hold for 45 minutes to finally be told that because I was out of town ( 2 hours away at Elephant butte) the bank thought my card was being fraudulently used.
