I always get Excellent Service and they call me by my name when I am being assisted for any type of transaction. I've had them handle my mortgage in the past, CD's, Money Market Accounts, to name just a few. They are professional and provide me with the detail and get me the best rate possible. If i could give this Company a Zero star i would. If you want to buy a house and need a mortgage stay away from this company. They have been lying to us for months on what we needed for closing. Richard Trapp is not capable of doing his job. He says we can do it this way but when were days away from closing he changes his mind.
