I wanted to express how disappointed frustrated and angry I am with my experience with USB. we initially came to Neil because we had a horrible experience with a previous lender, and Neil reassured us that he would help us out and take care of us. At first Neil was very helpful and very responsive but once he figured out that he had messed things up he would go days with no response. My experience was excellent. Manager Greta and Assistant Manager Sandy are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I can’t speak to 6 months ago when they were just opening, but they most certainly have their act together now. Savings rates the best around.
