I needed to get a mortgage for a house I was buying. From my first meeting with the Loan Officer through the closing, everything went smoother than I could have ever imagined! I was given the option of getting a mortgage on the new house or refinancing my current home since it was paid off. Hello! I wanted to express how disappointed frustrated and angry I am with my experience with USB. we initially came to Neil because we had a horrible experience with a previous lender, and Neil reassured us that he would help us out and take care of us. At first Neil was very helpful and very responsive but once he figured out that he had messed things up he would go days with no response.
