Simply put…I love this branch! The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful! Alissa is fantastic and originally opened my account a couple years ago. She was super friendly and told me what my best options were to make the most out of my investments. Every time I go in and check on my account or deposit, the service she delivers is always excellent. If you’re looking for a quality, down to earth, “know your client” savings bank, this is your place! Look no further!!

Completely unorganized and no accountability. The escrow department mailed the annual premium to the wrong company and as a result the insurance was canceled on my property. I was forced to switch providers and pay a higher premium due to a break in coverage. The most outrageous part is that USB did not attempt to get the refund but instead increased my monthly payment to cover the second premium.
Just got approved! Very helpful, efficient and transparent. My parents have always used Union and as an adult, I did too!
