This financial institution is generally very competitive on rates and closing costs. They are worth calling , I called recently and officer told me it's not worth doing based on costs. Don't hear that too often from a banker. They are on my top 3 list to call for refinancing.
We have been customers there since 1991 when they gave us a construction loan as owner-builders (lots of banks won't loan to people who don't have a general contractor) of our home. Later financed rental properties and appreciated their minimal closing costs (especially on our own home, so we could refinance every time the rates dropped). Still feels like a hometown bank and is operated like one though of course they've been corporate-owned by US Bank for a long time.
I had a great experience at this location. The staff is knowledgeable, and fast. Excellent customer service. 5 star service. Thank you!
