the only available ATM that's Union Savings Bank is at 116 Main Street Danbury, CT and yet numerous times both the inside ATM and the drive thru won't accept money. ok I guess I can understand on the weekend but why during the week is it so full that it won't accept money. what a inconvenience for people who don't have a way to get to another Union Savings Bank to use that ATM.
Never answer the phone
Been banking with this bank for many years now and absolutely love this bank. The only issue is, if a bill comes out and makes your account negative and you don’t deposit cash into your account before 7 pm but you still deposit it before midnight to make it in the positive, they charge you a $36 overdraft fee. In the reality, the day doesn’t end until midnight. So why are they charging a $36 overdraft fee when it’s still the same day. They should really change that.
