Overall happy with the service, friendly and reliable. I do most of my banking online. My only complaint is that it is a BIG HEADACHE trying to log in. It seems that almost every time I try to log in to my account I have to CHANGE MY PASSWORD. I understand the need for internet security but this seems excessive. Many times I could drive into town and bank in person more quickly than banking online which in my mind defeats the idea of online banking.
Very friendly branch, even towards none customers just getting a cash advance. If it wasn't such a hassle transferring federal benefits, I'd gladly get my direct deposit here.
Union savings bank is the best! Everyone is very helpful, kind. A great bank in every way!
