Very tough to get in contact with a banker. When I did she said she would send me what I needed. Never did. And never responded back. Wouldn’t recommend using this bank for anything.
I've had typically great experiences from them, but it seems like they're becoming more of trying to be a big bank. i hope and pray that they understand that what people want is the community bank, not another u s bank or chase
