I use the ATM here all the time. I've never been inside the branch. The last time I needed to use the ATM it was down. I drove around front to see if there was an inside ATM. At the same time there was a worker coming out and locking the door. I hadn't even left my car, I stepped out with one foot and asked is there an inside ATM? Without even listening to my question, she proceeded to yell "bank is closed, use the drive up ATM" and kept repeating it. Friendly Staff & Very clean Lobby
The staff has gone above and beyond to provide customer service just not found in banks that are not local. The people there really care and say hello. Have been super kind to my elderly father who also banks there and has for years. Once when an ATM ate my check they resolved it that day-without hassles a bunch of paperwork or panicked calls. One star off for fees I find excessive but all banks have those I guess! Have had great experiences in Brookfield and New Fairfield as well as Danbury branches
