I have been going to Union Savings Bank since l was very young. I was always, treated with much respect and was very happy to have all my questions.
Terrible service I do not recommend this place. I had an emergency to withdraw $2500 and I had my license and they did not want to give it to me. I had my card but they asked me for my passport. It is strange. If they had my driver's license, it was not necessary to ask for my passport. Terrible service. They should hire professional people to serve their customers in this bank.
The associate was courteous and professional, and the transaction went seamlessly.
