My last transaction with them was one of the WORST customer service experiences I've ever had. I tried to cash out a CD. After many, many trips to the bank, 8 - 10, I finally had everything they were requesting. Yes, I jumped thru many hoops. The day I went to pick up the check, the teller acted as though she had no idea who I was and why I was there. As I mentioned, I had dealt with this teller many times.
