I have been with Jay and Marvina at USB since 2008 when i purchased my 1st home. I've never had a single issue, they both communicate extremely well. They are efficient, attentive, polite, personable, and do an excellent job. I've come back a 2nd time, 10yrs later when I bought a sold my house for a new place. This bank has the lowest interest rates in Columbus for mortgages. The process was a little rough because I was redirected to a loan officer in Cincinnati who had terrible communication (the one in Columbus was on sabbatical). But everyone at the Columbus bank is very friendly and helpful and I was able to get everything resolved.
Jay is great to work with and it's incredibly easy to do business with him.
We have used Jay to purchase our last two houses as well as refinancing. Jay is very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions you have. He is very attentive and buying and refinancing with him was quick, easy and not stressful. I would highly recommend Jay to anyone considering buying a house or refinancing.
