I went in last week to pay my mortgage and was very impressed with the level of customer service provided. Velma was so friendly and offered great financial advice. I even got locked out of my car (lol) and she was quick to help even though it was not her issue. Very sweet staff!
I've been doing business with them for almost 10 years. Love the fact they have a Christmas club. The ladies who work there are very personable. Absolutely no issues.

What a horrible and backwards establishment that criminalizes its customers...what...my bank card was stolen and I have to come into the branch to complete an afadavit? This is absurd.
The manager and tellers at this Union Savings Bank are extremely professional, and actually deal with the customers with concern and care. I can't imagine doing banking in the fictional town of Mayberry, would be any friendlier.
