I went to the bank to get a refinance on my home mortgage, because I wanted to deal with someone face to face. We worked with a loan rep at the bank. We were going through the process and got them everything they asked for and everything was looking good for the loan. We got to the appraisal of the house portion of the process. (which they made us pay for, which we did) When the appraisal numbers came back the numbers seemed low, so we asked to see the paperwork of the appraisal. Called to get help with information I needed to obtain on this day at 215 p.m, lady I spoke with was rude, rushed me off the phone and hung up so quick that I couldnt even ask my next question. This is my first time ever coming in contact with this bank, first impression is a lasting one. Wouldn't recommend, especially if everyone who works there is like that.
They have a great staff who will help you with anything you ask! They are true friends anywhere you see them!
